On Saturday night, 5th December, 2020, unknown armed bandits stormed the Garage Jidda Community in Talata Mafara L.G.A of Zamfara State, Nigeria killing four persons and scores casualties.
It was gathered that the armed men stormed the village around 11pm on Saturday shooting sporadically at residents.

"Those killed were residents who were yet to go to bed and were relaxing outdoors when the gunmen stormed the village,"__ Source told DailyTrust.
Residents said the Deceased would be buried at Mayanchi, a neighboring community because they fear those armed bandits may return during the funeral rites for the victims.
The spokesman for the state police command, SP Muhammad Shehu, could not be reached for comment as at the time of filing this report.
