Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, who is the traditional ruler of Onitsha, in Anambra State has commissioned a security network known as Onicha-Ado Vigilante unit.
According to the Report, Igwe Achebe said that the security network will work in hand with the Nigerian police in other to stop the high rate of insecurity and activities of the Unknown Gunmen in the community.
