Following the previous ENDSARS protest throughout Biafra land and Nigeria, which was viewed as to have failed due to the fact that the main course were not reached. It has been remarked disappointedly that the protest was a failed one and that a revolution instead, should be conducted.

In one of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu follow up broadcasts, he insisted that no member of IPOB should join any petty protest and said that Nigeria needs a revolution.
This he said, while identifying that only IPOB can stage a historic revolution and that the time for that is very near.
