The Nigerian Air Force, NAF, is currently air striking communities in Essien Udim local government area of Akwa-Ibom State, leaving yet-t-be identified number of innocent civilians feared dead.

According to reports, the NAF, backed up with ground troops, are currently Killing innocent people in Essien Udim at the mid-day hours of Tuesday, April 6th and at the time of filling this report.

"Heavy bombardment are going on now and in all the communities under the mentioned LGA and many innocent biafrans are already down." local sources told JournalReporters.

JournalReporters had earlier reported the alleged killing of three soldiers of the Nigerian Army on Sunday, March 28th, by group of Unknown Gunmen who allegedly burnt military Hilux van and carted military weapons away after their operation.

It was learnt that the NAF air strike operation was a retaliatory undertaking, like Orlu, to exert their anger rather sadly on hapless civilians.

Instead of confronting the said Unknown Gunmen, Nigerian Security agencies have diverted and mistaken their target by murdering innocent easterners; An action still indicting Buhari's Easter message

"I am convinced that the new resolve within the security personnel to make sure that insecurity in the country becomes part of our history will come to pass,” Buhari said in his Easter message to Christians.
