The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu says the only way Africa continent will rise again is if and only when Nigeria is disintegrated.
Kanu asserted that the existence of Nigeria, he refers to as "damnable contraption", is not just a bad luck to her citizens, Nigerians but a curse to Africa.
IPOB boss, who said this in a brief statement he shared on his official Facebook handle on Monday, also asked people from the Middle Belt, part of Nigeria, to rise up and host their flags, while encouraging the Yoruba agitators to remain steadfast in their pursuit for an independent Oduduwa nation.
"I will urge #Middlebelt to raise their flags also and encourage my Yoruba brothers to be formidable because Nigeria is not on a jinx to her so called citizens, Nigeria is a curse to Africa and the only way Africa will rise again is when this damnable contraption is dismantled". Kanu said
Reacting also to the statement credited to the National Chairman of All Progressive Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who was quoted as saying “I have nowhere I am going. Whoever has experienced war in the past will not pray for such. Nigeria will not separate; it’s not acceptable to us. Our prayer is for prosperity and more wealth for the country.”, Kanu said "One man with many tongues. When he is talking about 'Us', he means those mortgaging your future in the name of one useless Nigeria."
