Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, the largest separatists mass movement around the globe, has appreciated the Nigerian socio-political activist, Aisha Yesufu and Rinu for their epic acknowledgement of what Nigeria truly represent, saying it is an inspiration to those that labor in seeking lasting solutions to Nigeria.
Aisha, in a recent tweets via her verified Twitter account, has said that calling Nigeria a zoo is actually a compliment. It is worse.
"Calling Nigeria a zoo is actually a compliment. It is worse. Killings don't happen in zoos indiscriminately. It is more like a jungle but then killings in jungles is for a purpose. Nigeria is in a category of itself where killings happen indiscriminately with no purpose."__Aisha said
"Many of those whose accounts were blocked are in their early 20s. Nigeria shamelessly blocked their accounts because they demanded that @PoliceNG should stop profiling & killing them and you are more concerned that they called Nigeria a zoo?
Have you put yourself in their shoes?
"Have you seen anyone calling UAE or Dubai a zoo? There is a reason why!
This pseudo respect that many Nigerians carry on their head, where has it taken us to?😏"__She added
Responding to her tweets, kanu said: "Thank you, @AishaYesufu. Thank you, @SavvyRinu. Your epic acknowledgement that Nigeria is a ZOO is an inspiration to those that labor in seeking sensible & lasting solutions to Nigeria. #Biafra. #ESN."
According to Wikipedia,
Aisha Yesufu (born 12 December 1974 in Kano State), is a Nigerian socio-political activist, and co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls Movement, an advocacy group that brings attention to the abduction of over 200 girls, from a secondary school in Chibok, Nigeria, on 14 April 2014, by the terrorist group Boko Haram.
Yesufu was among the women protestors at Nigeria's National Assembly, in the nation's capital, Abuja, on 30 April 2014.
Yesufu has also been at the forefront of the End SARS movement, which draws attention to the excesses of a controversial police unit in the Nigeria Police Force, called the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS). Yesufu has said she "would not leave the fight against End SARS protest in Nigeria for her children."
Congratulations to these freedom fighters.
