The leader of The Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has maintained in one of his frequent broadcasts that ESN which is the security body of Biafra land does not kill anyone.

This he said while he reemphasized that IPOB is an armless agitation group and that ESN which is the security arm of IPOB can never allow or tolerate the deeds of terrorists and jihadists in herdsmen disguise across Biafra land. 

He went on to explain in his own words that "we don't kill terrorists, instead we send them to God for judgement."
