No Politician Has The Financial Clout To Bankroll IPOB – Nnamdi Kanu Tells Hope Uzodimma

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has lambasted the executive governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma for alleging that his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha funded IPOB.

Governor Hope had reportedly alleged that the former governor, Rochas Okorocha, who is currently his political foe, was sponsoring IPOB with N500million to make his administration ungovernable and chaotic.

JournalReporters had earlier reported how the Hope Uzodimma who initially accused IPOB of masterminding the several attacks at security agents and facilities later acknowledged he accused IPOB wrongly, while saying some disgruntled political elements in the opposition are those sponsoring the unknown gunmen.

The governor's reports tend to be unreliable as he had recently claimed again that Okorocha gave IPOB N500million to obscure his government.

But speaking through Comrade Emma Powerful, the IPOB National Media and Publicity Secretary, Nnamdi Kanu stated unambiguously that "no politician has the financial clout to bankroll the largest mass movement in the world, IPOB."

The IPOB leader Kanu added that the former governor, Okorocha is still in the book of judgement of IPOB, noting that neither him nor Hope Uzodimma nor Nyesom Wike (Rivers State governor will escape the wrath of IPOB for the heinous crimes they both committing against Biafrans.

The group unequivocally said that it has never been funded by any Nigerian politician. It however cautioned Uzodimma to leave IPOB out of his enmity with his political foe, Rochas Okorocha.

The statement reads, "The attention of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the global command of great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been drawn to the ridiculous claims by the Supreme Court Administrator of Imo State, Hopeless Uzodima, that former Governor of the state and his fellow traitor, Rochas Okorocha gave N500 million to IPOB. 

"We, therefore,  wish to clarify that we never received any financial payment, donation or gift from Okorocha or any Efulefu like him . We have nothing to do with traitors like Okorocha and Uzodima. 

"The truth remains that both Okorocha and Uzodima cannot bankroll IPOB. Frankly speaking they do not have the financial clout to bankroll the largest mass movement in the world. We don't need their stolen, ill gotten, blood-stained money. They better fight their battle and leave IPOB out of their mess. Non of them is good enough to receive our attention.

"They  connived with the likes of the late Ibrahim Attahiru, when he was he was the GOC 82 Div. Enugu and other Fulani oppressors to kill our people. They imprisoned and tortured our youths, mothers, fathers and other agitators to please their slavemasters. 

"Other politicians that may have sabotaged IPOB and ESN may be forgiven, but OkoroAwusa, Hope Uzodinma , and the wannabe Hitler of Rivers Nyesom Wike, will never  be forgiven. They must pay for their sins sooner or later!"
