My friend and elder brother who goes by the name Jimmy Sylvester and I have been on each other's throats since July last year. That grip was intensified during November last year USA elections and the post elections developments respectively.
To Jimmy as he goes, "the world is turning scary and our Biafran course faces great challenge under Joe Biden regime". His expressed thoughts represent what thousands of people think currently to which I am propelled to pen down this write up.
Though this my write up try to project objectively what future might look like, but to be honest, its position is not a general truth of what it will really look like, for we know of now, the Almighty knows of the future.
I will love to start by reminding everyone who cares to know that the gospel for Biafra predated Trump's regime. Infact it was at the peak of international hostile permutations where Obama and David Cameron were on seats that Nnamdi Kanu bursted the norms.
If such global structure couldn't hinder the advancement of Biafra, why do you think Joe's short era will. People don't understand that Joe's regime is going to be a turbulent one, considering the deep divisions among Americans and the fear of Patriots impatiently there to bounce on the regime if need arises.
If there is anything Joe's administration is going to work seriously, it is healing America as it is obvious the country sits on the brink.
Abuja understands quite sure how bad Joe regime is going to be not only to her politically, but most essential, economically. Joe is an anti fracking and pro climate change guy. What this implies is that he is a campaigner of green energy which kills crude oil that Nigerian government depends on.
With Joe's no fracking and green energy pursuits, Nigeria pro crude oil depending economy is going terribly bad. If the economy nose dives further due to Joe's global leadership on anti fracking and green energy, Aso will naturally collapse.
Imagine a country of over 200 million people whose over 70% revenue generation comes from the sector Biden sees as priority to kill, then there will be no military, police and civil service as no where to generate money to pay salaries. As it currently is, Nigeria doesn't generate enough from her oil invoices due to covid-19 and poor oil prices in opec market.
That is why the country is owning alots of her workers and currently taking over her citizens "dormant accounts" to fund her 2021 budget. If a country in such economic plague is confronted by anti fracking and green energy policies of Joe, them church agbasa final!
It is unfortunate that the world prefers other sources of energy to oil before now which Joe's emergence is going to cement. China is investing heavily on solid minerals mining in Northern Nigeria against crude in south. Britain and the rest are preparing towards zero petroleum in their future cars and machines.
If Joe's anti fracking is to teach anything to you, it is that Nigerian oil under Joe will be useless. If the world are walking away from the reason they fought Biafrans in 1960s, you can see that Nigeria is an unattractive naked lady.
It is against this backdrop that Abuja is having a poor jubilation on Joe Biden. Any man who can mess up your pride up, is not a friend and that is what Joe's no fracking and green energy sounds to Aso Rock! Remember, no poor country prosecutes war.
Another bad Joe means to Abuja is his planned reach out to Iran. This is happening when Arab country including morocco are in love affairs with Israel against Iran. To Joe, Iran must be reached out. This means that Iran is going to be assists to be strong again and enlarge her international network.
Powerful Iran means fortified Shiites in Nigeria which is going to spell out doom to Abuja. The weakening of Iran by Trump helped in curtailing Nigerian Shiites power thereby making Nigerian police and military power flexers before Nigerian version of Hezbollah.
With Biden plan policies on Iran, Iran will be strong to coordinate international fortifications of her proxies like Shiites, Hezbollah and others. Is poor Nigerian government able to face armed Shiites in few months? Time will say! I will keep bringing you more developmental milestones as days evolve.
On IPOB and Biafra, those with poor historical and diplomatic skills would sound the kindergarten lines by alluding that Joe will stand against IPOB and Biafra. Poor Joe and his aids understand what Nnamdi Kanu used within four years of Trump's administration to achieve over Biafran course.
For instance, Biafran course is played into some state actors that mismanaging means incinerating global peace and security. Nigerian unity touted in 1960s is no longer a global treasure. Britain and her companies are selling off her assets in Nigeria for elsewhere.
China on the contrary is looking up north for solid minerals and not much hunger for poor Nigerian oil as Iran is doing well in supply chain for the Communist state. For Biden, there African countries that are worth looking upon for real business in Africa than leadership ruined Nigeria that looks like the dark age caves of Europe.
If there is anything obvious in Biafra struggle, it is the efforts of Nnamdi Kanu to link up the struggle to the have a place in Israel's foreign policy machinery and the current defensive arms accessment as seen in Eastern Security Network.
What it means is that IPOB as a friend of some international actors in possession of defensive equipments must be approached as an active actor and not passive one. If Joe cares to look into Biafra question, he must acknowledge IPOB as an active actor capable of causing injuries to Nigeria if downplayed.
For Israel, having curried friends in Arab countries and some African countries, she needs IPOB as a good non state actor to advance her course. This she can achieve by working out machineries to make IPOB more sophisticated to repel offensive coming on Biafraland.
Joe Biden regime can only lead to weakening of Nigerian state economically and forcing friends of Biafra to galvanize a workable means to build a strong ally in IPOB.
