The Senate of Pennsylvania, on Monday January 4, 2021, in an official letter to the Majority Senate leader, McConnell and Republican Rep leader, Kevin McCarthy highlighted electoral irregularities that could depreciate Biden's position.
According to the US and Pennsylvania Constitutions, the Balance of Power by the three arms of Government should be followed and implemented to the latter.
But this time around, the PA Legislators have noted that power was taken from them by the Executive and Judiciary arms respectively and at such, the results are still uncertified.
"Due to numerous unlawful violations taken by the Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf; Secretary of State, Kathy Boockvar; and the rogue State Supreme Court, the balance of power was taken from the State Legislature, who by the U.S. and PA Constitutions, set the time, place and manner of holding elections."__PA Senate said
In the letter, the PA Legislators disclosed how the state governor, Tom wolf refused for an independent investigation, which is only a clear pointer that the results were maneuvered
The Legislators maintained that the PA State Secretary, Kathy Boockvar shouldn't have certified the results having witnessed the inconsistent and questionable activities that came with the election.
However, the Pennsylvania Senators demanded for delay in certification of the Electoral College to allow due process in the State, and more time given the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court is to hear from Trump vs. Boockvar in the coming days.
