Nnamdi Kanu Overrules Tanko Yankasai's Allegation, Gives Reason Why He Won't Give Order For Any Hausa Person To Be Killed In The Eastern Region
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu says he can never give an order for any Hausa person doing lawful business in the Eastern region of Nigeria – defunct Biafra territory, to be killed, stating that he wants and campaign for Hausa people to be free.
The IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu said this in an emergency radio Biafra broadcast on Sunday, while responding to the statement credited to former Presidential aide, nonagenarian Tanko Yankasai and some northerners who during a meeting in Kaduna alleged that Hausa people were been killed in the Eastern region.
He said: "I want to categorically make it clear that we've never killed an Hausa person, not at all. I am personally in good term with Hausa people, I have nothing against them.
"They (Hausas) were foolish in the years gone bye, by allowing the Fulani janjaweed to use them. I am not against Hausa people and I want every journalist, every newspaper, BBC and all the rest of them.
"All of you serving the interest of the neocolonialists to understand this: I'm not against Hausa people. I am only against their stupidity for allowing themselves to be used by cattle herders to overthrow their ancient Monarchy that were replaced with Fulani Emirates system of government.

"I can never give an order for any Hausa person to be killed because Hausa people are victims of Fulani janjaweedism and their (Fulani) oppressive lifestyle and their hegemony tendencies
"These are the things we must all begin to have very very clear in our brain, in our head. I'm not against Hausa and can never be, I want them to be free.
"I am campaigning for Hausa people to be free, for Gbagyi people to be free, for Junkun every call it nationality in that damnable contraption called Nigeria, put together by a White man and a White woman. I want all of you to be free. You must understand this very well.
"As we're fighting for Biafra, we're also fighting for you" Kanu assured
